"About 3 hours into a cross-country drive (Florida -> Ohio), our car started overheating! AnA were very responsive, providing troubleshooting tips over the phone even before showing up to help diagnose the issue. AnA helped confirm the issue (stuck/faulty thermostat) and get it repaired way sooner than I was expecting. They had the issue diagnosed and fixed all on the same day (a Sunday no less) and we were on our way later that evening.
